#81

A stranger with a fish-hooked lip
glides down a motorway in a black sequined beret
Toward a distant gym, [pan in]
Punks punch holes in cardboard walls
And somewhere along the line
Shirts are discarded
In favour of wide diamante belts
And chains and glittery codpieces
‘Don’t be afraid of the world we made.’
